Designed by the renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica, the mall’s original conceptual layout was famously shaped like an alligator, featuring main vehicle entryways constructed with staggered, green-painted textured walls.
Architecturally, the property is organized along a central linear corridor with the Colonnade Outlets and various dining concepts lining its perimeter. The expansive retail destination is divided into three primary sectors:
