• Structural Restructuring & Metal Building Rebuild:
  • The primary industrial metal building underwent a radical remodeling transformation. The team stripped away the compromised roof and wall metal panels, exposing the underlying skeleton. All deteriorated and damaged structural steel members were systematically removed and replaced with new, high-strength engineered framing to restore total structural integrity.
• Secondary Metal Building Servicing:
  • The second metal building on-site was thoroughly serviced and detailed, ensuring all mechanical and structural components were stabilized for long-term operational use.
• Office Building Remodeling:
  • The attached office building received an extensive interior and exterior remodel, upgrading the workspace to meet modern professional standards and maximize functional efficiency.
• Site Remediation & Debris Clearing:
  • Accumulated site debris, old materials, and industrial waste were cleared from the yard, restoring a clean canvas across the entire property footprint.
• Comprehensive Painting & Protective Finishes:
  • To unify the newly restored complex, a complete industrial painting package was executed. Every square inch of the site—including the office building, both metal warehouses, and perimeter elements—received high-durability, weather-resistant coatings for a flawless, cohesive aesthetic.
