The new Midtown Mall, just south of the Miami Design District on the ground floor of the Midtown #4 building, Miami, Florida.
Challenges:
Located in a functioning exterior mall / mixed use environment
Limited parking
Limited working hours with noise restrictions
Project completed during Miami Art Basel Week as requested by the client to increase traffic and opening sales.
