“Bruce Cianci provided us with the architectural and building services needed to complete two big projects. In addition to constructing a pool pavilion that needed to mirror the style of our Southern Coastal Home he added a patio with a complex roof design that had to be adapted to the multi-layered roof that existed on the original 1959 house. He also worked closely with the designer we used to make sure the result of the outside work matched that of the inside of our house. The results were perfect. Both structures look like they we part of the original design. The projects were challenging given the building codes and easement restriction, but the end product is spectacular. We would use Bruce anytime for future projects.”
