Renovations and additions are often more complex than new construction since construction involves coordination and implementation into existing conditions that are mostly unknown until the work is started or during the construction process. Our team approaches the project as a master builder rather than just a general contractor utilizing the philosophy of builder, architect, and trade to review the project details to provide a better approach to construction.
